So, i wanted to share with everyone a creation of mine. One day when i was on Instagram I saw a picture of a very creatively designed cake. Since i love to bake, i decided to re-create it and give it to my boyfriend and his friends.
The cake is a basic yellow cake with vanilla icing. On the top and surrounding the cake, is covered with Kit Kat's and M&M's.
Ultimately, i think the cake came out awesome! It was pretty on the outside, but i do feel like the cake was overly sweet.
I do not think i will make this cake again. Though it was fun to make and cute to look at, it was too sweet to eat.

ReplyDeleteHats off to you for actually challenging yourself and trying to make this cake. It looks like it came out very well. I am not a baker or a cooker at all, so more power to you! It does look very swee though. I am not big on sweets and I hate every icing except if its whipped, so I can only imagine how sweet it was.
ReplyDeleteWow! That cake looks pretty. Im not a fan of sweets but Im sure the kids would love to eat it. I think I will bake this for them in the near future. However, it will have to be when Im not at home because Im sure they will bounce off the walls.
